I know that you don't have time for long, drawn out, complicated workouts. I know that some days you don't even have time to change out of your jammies, let alone put on fancy sport bras and hit the gym. I know that you want (and NEED) to get your workout done wherever you can fit it into your day, wearing whatever is mostly clean, using whatever equipment you can find, and above all, you need to SEE RESULTS!
At FIT15, I program 15 minute or less workouts 6 days a week, leaving 1 day for active rest. While you will see the same movements repeated in workouts, there are 365 unique workouts to keep you motivated, keep you from getting bored, encourage your muscles to adapt, and get you stronger!
It's easy to look at a movement and say, "Well, I can't do that" so we just don't do anything. My #1 belief about fitness is that everything can be modified. Modifying a movement doesn't mean that you suck, you're weak, or that you get less of a workout. It means you are strong enough to get the work done to reach your goals no matter might be trying to hold you back. So every time you see a FIT15 movement you think you CAN'T do, I have a video showing you all of the different ways that you CAN! Whether it is modifying for equipment that you do or don't have, the location where you're working out today, current injuries or those from the past, or an abundance or lack of motivation, you'll have zero excuses to keep you from finding your strongest self!
Just because you're going to workout by yourself, doesn't mean you have to do it alone. All of the Daily and Slow & Stretchy workouts include a follow along video where I'll be suffering through the exercises right along with you. I'll encourage you, remind what movements are coming next, get distracted by distractions at my house (like you will at yours), drop the occasional curse word, trip over my carpet, and there's even a couple where I fart and can't stop giggling. You CAN do the workout on your own (I give you all the how-to details). But if you prefer, you can have a coach, workout timer, court jester, and personal cheerleader wherever you are! So crank up your heavy metal, 90s grunge, or Disney favorites and get your sweat on with me.
Some days you might finish the daily workout and want a little extra. Or maybe you aren't feeling the daily workout and want another option. That's why we have 2 more tracks for members:
Endurance & Accessory: 3 days of core and accessory workouts designed to focus on the small muscles that help support the big muscles in their job of getting us strong. And because, ya know. abs? There are also 2 days of programming that will test your body's cardio and respiratory endurance. These workouts may be longer than 15 minutes.
Slow & Stretchy: We all know that we need to slow down and stretch more. But we don't. So now you can! Modifiable yoga-type workouts that just make the body feel yummy.
Sometimes we might need a little extra push to try something new or outside of our comfort zone. Or maybe we just need a change in routine to mix things up a little. That's why I create challenges! Whether they last a month, 2 weeks, or a day, you'll learn new skills, build new habits, and find a stronger you after each one!
It's scientifically proven that you're 223% more likely to reach your fitness goals if you have a community of support cheering you on. No matter where you get your workout in, you can take your gym friends with you right in your phone!
At FIT15, we have a group on Facebook for chatting with other members, hosting challenges, providing program updates, passing along nutrition and fitness tips and tricks, and encouraging and supporting everyone no matter where they are on their journey.
