After some major life changes a few years ago, I got depressed. I stopped doing all the things I loved, including working out. FIT15 is just the pick-me-up I’ve been waiting for… simple but challenging movements, easily modified to accommodate my injuries, works with my busy schedule, limited space, and the fact that I don’t have much in the way of equipment. FIT15 has rekindled my desire to be the best version of myself I can be.
Before I discovered FIT15, I was unmotivated, gaining weight, losing muscle, and didn’t really feel comfortable going to a regular gym. I was frustrated because I kept telling myself I needed to get motivated, but was not doing it.
When I found FIT15, I loved the idea of a short, intense workout! I don’t have to be creative or try to think of a workout on my own. I never get bored, and I love the accountability and ease of use that comes with the app! DO IT. LOG IT. DONE. The workouts hold my interest, and now that I have found success, it’s motivating me to make other changes as well!
Before FIT15, I was looking for a way to fit exercise into my life at home. I am a busy momma and have limited time to workout. I felt like a failure because I was gaining weight, I felt defeated because going to the gym wasn’t an option, and I felt powerless because I didn’t believe there was another way.
I found FIT15 and this program gave me the power to workout at home, to push my abilities, and to still be able to complete the workouts at whatever modification level I needed for me. The workouts also allow me to workout with my 7 year old son! He saw me working and wanted to work too!
FIT15 saves me time, money, and I can do it everyday on my schedule. My son and I look forward to the time together, pushing ourselves to be more healthy…and there is no greater feeling in the world than that
Before Fit15, I was on the struggle bus. I knew I needed to get in shape and be healthier, but I honestly wasn’t sure how. I’ve never been an athlete or a person who worked out regularly. The thought of going to a gym was nerve wracking because I had no idea where to start or what to do. I felt completely overwhelmed, and just like I was in a hamster wheel, running my butt off, but getting nowhere. On top of that, I work full time and I have two young children. I do not have TIME to train like a crazy person and have no results.
Enter Fit15. The first thing that got my attention was working out in 15 minutes. I can find 15 minutes. I admit, I was skeptical. But I saw that there is a purpose and a plan to the programming. I haven’t once been asked to weigh in or log my inches. I haven’t been told to follow a crazy meal plan. I’m focusing on getting stronger in a logical way. Every exercise has a modification, but the goal is to eventually not have to modify. That’s measurable progress. I look forward to the workouts and I’ve never looked forward to exercise.
I remember the moment I knew FIT15 was working. When I started, I could only do maybe 4 burpees. One day, the workout was 100 of them. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it, but I wanted to see how close I could get. I did 100…ALL of them! THAT is progress!
